Privacy Policy
Quanah Computer Systems LLC ("we," "us") provides computer, network and website services in the San Antonio area. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone, email, service address and a description of the problem.
- Service records: what we worked on, devices involved, notes, invoices and payment status.
- Website data: basic, privacy-friendly visit statistics (pages viewed, approximate region, browser type). We do not use advertising trackers.
Information on your devices
To fix a problem we may need to see or work with files, accounts or settings on your computer, phone or network. We access only what the job requires, we do not copy your personal files unless you ask us to (for example, a backup or transfer), and we do not keep your passwords. If you share a password so we can complete a task, we use it only for that task and recommend you change it afterward.
How we use your information
- To provide and follow up on the service you requested.
- To schedule, invoice and keep records required for taxes and warranties.
- To contact you about your service. We do not send marketing unless you opt in.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the providers we use to run the business (for example, email, phone, ticketing, payment processing and website hosting), when the law requires it, or with your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep service and billing records for as long as needed for taxes, warranty and legal purposes, generally up to seven years, and delete or anonymize them after that.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep. Email support@quanahcomputers.com or call (210) 628-9012.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by Texas law.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
